2.3.1 晉升機(jī)制

首先，進(jìn)入投資銀行的途徑通常有兩種：途徑之一，認(rèn)識圈子中的人，有他人推薦或者介紹；途徑之二，校園招聘。

從級別上來講，從低到高大致有這些層次：

Analyst（分析員，一般國外名校本科畢業(yè)、或者國內(nèi)名校本科研究生畢業(yè)）

Associate（經(jīng)理，從分析員升任或從國外名校 MBA 招聘）

VP（副總裁，從經(jīng)理升任）

Director（董事，從 VP 升任）

Managing Director（董事總經(jīng)理，從 Director 升任）。

上述稱謂不同的銀行有所不同，但本質(zhì)相通。一般來說，每一級別之間大致相差三年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，按資升級。

越往上，人才在不同銀行之間的流動情況越普遍。從功能上來講，投資銀行的人大致分為做客戶關(guān)系管理的和做業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施的。前者一般相對應(yīng)的級別比較高，通常 VP 和以上為主；后者雖然各級別的人都會做，但是主要工作集中在 Analyst 到 VP 這幾個(gè)級別。

進(jìn)入投資銀行業(yè)后，通常情況下，你應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)把你接受的每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目及時(shí)做好，無論是寫報(bào)告、繪制電子表格、談生意、做研發(fā)還是制定工作計(jì)劃。然后，一旦有機(jī)會接觸客戶并參與創(chuàng)造利潤，如果你能為公司談成生意，回報(bào)將相當(dāng)豐厚。如果你已經(jīng)成為高管（通常為董事，董事總經(jīng)理及更高層管理人員），你必須要承擔(dān)更多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

在這種職位上不能很好地勝任工作的人，就要被迫離職。簡單而言，如果想做到 Director 以上或者做客戶關(guān)系管理，即拉業(yè)務(wù)為主，要么你從底層爬上來，積聚了良好的專業(yè)素質(zhì)、客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及廣闊的人脈，要么是因?yàn)榧彝サ谋尘�，或者行業(yè)的長期經(jīng)驗(yàn)和人脈。其它可能性不大。
