基于價值鏈的北海第3方物流研究
摘要：本文在價值鏈理論的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了北海第3方物流供應(yīng)、渠道、顧客3方面物流活動過程；從柔性、集成性、協(xié)調(diào)性等方面分析北海第3方物流供應(yīng)鏈的競爭力，再從價值增值時間和成本增值時間分析了北海第3方渠道物流優(yōu)勢和劣勢，最后從客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)（CRM）和客戶生命周期分析北海的顧客關(guān)系價值；結(jié)合以上3方面的分析對北海第3方物流價值鏈增值效益提出建議，力求對北海第3方物流的發(fā)展提供參考價值。
