我們重點強調(diào)過這個句式：把漢語中的時間狀語譯成英語中的名詞主語，用see/find/witness/mark來連接后面的句子，這是英語書面表達的一個典型句式。如：2008年中國舉辦了第29屆奧運會。The year 2008 witnessed/marked the 29th Olympic Games in China. 我們的學員應該對該句式非常熟悉。
2. 10年來，中國平均關(guān)稅水平從15.3%降至9.8%，達到并超過了世貿(mào)組織對發(fā)展中國家的要求
China’s economy has made significant advance and its contribution to the world economic growth has been growing. China’s average tariff level has dropped from 15.3 percent to 9.8 percent, which has reached or surpassed the WTO requirements for developing countries.

該句中“達到并超過了世貿(mào)組織對發(fā)展中國家的要求”是描述前邊這個句子的整體含義，因此要使用非限定性定語從句加以概括，而這也是我們在授課過程中反復強調(diào)并練習的句式。并且考生在翻譯此句時還要注意同近義詞的辨析：exceed, surpass, go beyond, top作為動詞使用的差異。

4. 繼續(xù)處理好保持經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)、管理通脹預期的關(guān)系，

“處理好。。。的關(guān)系”，可能考生會看到“關(guān)系”二字，就馬上聯(lián)想到“relationship”，實際上，在英語中“關(guān)系”可以有很多種譯法，取決于上下文的照應和內(nèi)含。在這句話中“between…and…”即可表達此意，再加上“保持”做其動詞，就應順理成章地譯為答案中所給的句子。
