　　應征特定職位的求職信具有向招聘者說明簡歷和具體求職內容的作用。在簡歷中你已經將自己的職業(yè)經歷或教育情況列表說明了，在求職信里就應著重顯示自己的優(yōu)點。

　　在求職信里要簡短地對簡歷中提到的與應聘職位有關的職業(yè)經歷和技能加以說明。但是，只是簡單的重復簡歷里的內容是不夠的。要把簡歷里沒有的內容充分添加進去，顯示出與其他應聘者的差別。你需要傳達的信息是：對這份工作的渴望，為什么你適合這個職位，以及表達你真誠希望加入對方團隊的愿望。
