  我們普遍的感覺(jué),就是投簡(jiǎn)歷后杳無(wú)音信,簡(jiǎn)歷猶如石沉大海。那么問(wèn)題究竟出在哪呢?實(shí)際上,我們忘記了一點(diǎn),也很大程度上是沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)規(guī)律:投簡(jiǎn)歷的滯后期,而且是一個(gè)月以上的滯后期。這就意味著在你堅(jiān)持每天投遞簡(jiǎn)歷后,直到第三周,20天之前投的簡(jiǎn)歷才發(fā)揮了作用。道理很簡(jiǎn)單,你投遞簡(jiǎn)歷到對(duì)方通知你面試,需要一個(gè)過(guò)程。

  這些都需要時(shí)間,因?yàn)槿绱说鹊缺姸嘣,所以從投遞簡(jiǎn)歷到大批量收到面試電話,這中間有至少20天的滯后期。如果你從1月1號(hào)開(kāi)始,每天堅(jiān)持投遞20個(gè)新職位,那么真正的面試電話高峰還不是1月20日,而是在2月15日前后。最后一個(gè)電話甚至可能在5月1日之后。怎么會(huì)拖到5月1日呢?部門(mén)經(jīng)理出了個(gè)長(zhǎng)差,或者原先確定的面試成功者找到更好的去向不來(lái)了,或者這個(gè)職位凍結(jié)了2個(gè)月又解凍了,或者在新人招來(lái)之前又有老人跳槽所以部門(mén)真正開(kāi)始人手不夠了。

  如何避免簡(jiǎn)歷“石沉大海”呢?當(dāng)然需要通過(guò)方法的運(yùn)用,這是我們投遞簡(jiǎn)歷階段的核心。所以,請(qǐng)記住,要提前準(zhǔn)備,每個(gè)工作日20份以上簡(jiǎn)歷投遞出去,至少一個(gè)月后,大量的真正有效的面試電話才會(huì)到來(lái)。
