1、不要擅自走進(jìn)面試房間。如果沒(méi)有人通知,即使前面一個(gè)人已經(jīng)面試結(jié)束,應(yīng)聘者也應(yīng)該在門(mén)外耐心等待;如果面試時(shí)間到了,進(jìn)房間之前應(yīng)先敲門(mén)。
2、遞名片要把握時(shí)機(jī)。如果有名片,在遞給面試人員的時(shí)候要把握時(shí)機(jī),如果你的面試官雙手都是你的資料,千萬(wàn)不要急著送上自己的名片,以免顯得不成熟;將名片調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)180度遞給對(duì)方,方便別人的閱讀。
3、握手要有“感染力”。面試前的握手是一個(gè)“重頭戲”,因?yàn)椴簧倨髽I(yè)把握手作為考察一個(gè)應(yīng)聘者是否專(zhuān)業(yè)、自信的依據(jù)。如果先前沒(méi)有太多和別人握手的`經(jīng)驗(yàn),可以事先練習(xí)一下。注意,握手不要有氣無(wú)力,而要讓對(duì)方感受到你的熱情,要有“感染力”。
4、坐姿也有講究。有兩種坐姿不可。阂皇蔷o貼著椅背坐,二是只坐在椅邊。這兩種坐法,一個(gè)顯得太放松,另一個(gè)則太緊張,都不利于面試的進(jìn)行。建議最好坐滿(mǎn)椅子的三分之二,保持輕松自如的姿勢(shì)。
5、始終保持用眼神交流。面試一開(kāi)始就要留心自己的身體語(yǔ)言,特別是自己的眼神,對(duì)面試人員應(yīng)全神貫注,目光始終聚焦在面試人員身上,在不言之中,展現(xiàn)出自信及對(duì)對(duì)方的尊重。
