面試考核測評十二點注意事項
從理論上講,面試可以測評應試者任何素質(zhì),但由于人員甄選方法都有其長處和短處,揚長避短綜合運用,則事半功倍,否則就很可能事倍功半。因此,在人員甄選實踐中,我們并不是以面試去測評一個人的所有素質(zhì),而是有選擇地用面試去測評它最能測評的內(nèi)容。
面試測評的主要內(nèi)容如下:
1、儀表風度
這是指應試者的體型、外貌、氣色、衣著舉止、精神狀態(tài)等。像國家公務員、教師、公關人員、企業(yè)經(jīng)理人員等職位,對儀表風度的要求較高。研究表明,儀表端莊、衣著整潔、舉止文明的人,一般做事有規(guī)律、注意自我約束、責任心強。
2、專業(yè)知識
了解應試者掌握專業(yè)知識的深度和廣度,其專業(yè)知識更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對專業(yè)知識筆試補充。面試對專業(yè)知識的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問題也更接近空缺崗位對專業(yè)知識的需求。
3、工作實踐經(jīng)驗
一般根據(jù)查閱應試者的個人簡歷或求職登記表,作些相關的提問。查詢應試者有關背景及過去工作的情況,以補充、證實其所具有的實踐經(jīng)驗,通過工作經(jīng)歷與實踐經(jīng)驗的了解,還可以考察應試者的責任感、主動性、思維力、口頭表達能力及遇事的理智狀況等。
4、口頭表達能力
面試中應試者是否能夠?qū)⒆约旱乃枷、觀點、意見或建議順暢地用語言表達出來。考察的具體內(nèi)容包括:表達的邏輯性、準確性、感染力、音質(zhì)、音色、音量、音調(diào)等。
5、綜合分析能力
面試中,應試者是否能對主考官所提出的問題,通過分析抓住本質(zhì),并且說理透徹、分析全面、條理清晰。
6、反應能力與應變能力
主要看應試者對主考官所得的問題理解是否準確,回答的迅速性、準確性等。對于突發(fā)問題的反應是否機智敏捷、回答恰當。對于意外事情的處理是否得當、妥當?shù)取?/p>
7、人際交往能力
在面試中,通過詢問應試者經(jīng)常參與哪些社團活動,喜歡同哪種類型的人打交道,在各種社交場合所扮演的角色,可以了解應試者的人際交往傾向和與人相處的.技巧。
8、自我控制能力與情緒穩(wěn)定性
自我控制能力對于國家公務員及許多其他類型的工作人員(如企業(yè)的管理人員)顯得尤為重要。一方面,在遇到上級批評指責、工作有壓力或是個人利益受到?jīng)_擊時,能夠克制、容忍、理智地對待,不致因情緒波動而影響工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韌勁。
9、工作態(tài)度
一是了解應試者對過去學習、工作的態(tài)度;二是了解其對現(xiàn)報考職位的態(tài)度。在過去學習或工作中態(tài)度不認真,做什么、做好做壞者無所謂的人,在新的工作崗位也很難說能勤勤懇懇、認真負責。
10、上進心、進取心
上進心、進取心強烈的人,一般都確立有事業(yè)上的奮斗目標,并為之而積極努力。表現(xiàn)在努力把現(xiàn)有工作做好,且不安于現(xiàn)狀,工作中常有創(chuàng)新。上進心不強的人,一般都是安于現(xiàn)狀,無所事事,不求有功,但求無過,對什么事都不熱心。
11、求職動機
了解應試者為何希望來本單位工作,對哪類工作最感興趣,在工作中追求什么,判斷本單位所能提供的職位或工作條件等能否滿足其工作要求和期望。
12、業(yè)余興趣與愛好
應試者休閑時愛從事哪些運動,喜歡閱讀哪些書籍,喜歡什么樣的電視節(jié)目,有什么樣的嗜好等,可以了解一個人的興趣與愛好,這對錄用后的工作安排常有好處。
