　　如何做好面試自我介紹?

　　首先，面試前要有充足的準(zhǔn)備。

　　在參加面試之前要對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行“摸底調(diào)查”，同時(shí)要對(duì)自己的'優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)都有全面的認(rèn)識(shí)，這樣才能做到知己知彼。

　　其次，自我介紹時(shí)要有一個(gè)思路。

　　你可以按照你的工作經(jīng)歷順序來(lái)闡述，比如簡(jiǎn)歷中的幾家公司的工作經(jīng)歷做一次大致描述，也可以按照你的能力來(lái)闡述，比如你的能力有哪幾方面，一、二、三的說(shuō)清楚，這樣會(huì)讓HR覺(jué)得你的思路清晰。

　　第三，要注意心態(tài)，控制自己面試的情緒。
