問對(duì)問題：讓你的面試與眾不同
小編：面試最后，面試官總會(huì)問“你還有什么問題嗎？”大多數(shù)人會(huì)回答“沒有問題”，或者問一些讓你減分的“傻問題”。其實(shí)，在面試中，問對(duì)問題，問好問題，往往可以讓你在面試者中脫穎而出�？纯词裁礃拥膯栴}是好問題吧。
A job interview is incomplete without a question and answer session that has you doing the asking. You should be prepared with relevant questions about the company, the job at hand, and your potential future with the organization. Keep your interview on the right track and your foot out of your mouth by asking questions the right way.如果在面試中，你沒有提問，那么你的面試時(shí)不完整的。你應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備一些和應(yīng)聘公司、應(yīng)聘職位、工作前景相關(guān)的問題。在面試中，你要學(xué)會(huì)問對(duì)的問題，不要讓面試離題萬里。
1.Don't Seem Entitled別看上去利益熏心
• Don't Ask: How long before I get a promotion?不要這樣問：我要多久才能升職？
• Do Ask: What are the opportunities for advancement, and do you typically promote from within?應(yīng)該這樣問：在公司里晉升的機(jī)會(huì)是怎么樣的？公司一般會(huì)不會(huì)在內(nèi)部提升員工職位？
2.Don't Make Your Interviewer Uncomfortable別讓面試官難堪
• Don't Ask: Is there anything about me that would prevent me from getting this job?不要這樣問：你覺得有什么缺點(diǎn)會(huì)讓我得不到這份工作？
• Do Ask: What qualifications are you looking for in the person who fills this job?應(yīng)該這樣問：你們覺得什么樣的人適合這個(gè)工作崗位？
3.Don't Be a Gossip別太八卦
• Don't Ask: I heard the CEO was involved in scandalous activity; is that true?不要這樣問：我聽說你們的CEO現(xiàn)在丑聞纏身，是不是真的啊？
• Do Ask: While researching your firm I learned that the company recently [fill in the blank]. Can you tell me a little bit more about this development?應(yīng)該這樣問：在我對(duì)貴公司進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解的時(shí)候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)貴公司正身陷…，你能不能多給我一點(diǎn)關(guān)于這件事情的消息呢？
4.Don't Get Bogged Down in Details別問得太細(xì)
• Don't Ask: Can you break down my day in terms of hours spent doing A, B, C, D, etc.?不要這樣問：你能不能把我每天要做的事按照一二三四地給我詳細(xì)說說？
• Do Ask: Can you tell me what my average day would be like?應(yīng)該這樣問：你能否給我介紹一下我的日常工作安排？
5.Don't Seem Greedy別看上去貪婪成性
• Don't Ask: What kinds of perks do you get around here?不要這樣問：你們公司有什么福利？
• Do Ask: What do you enjoy most about working here?應(yīng)該這樣問：你覺得什么是你在公司里感到最享受的？
6.Don't Focus on the Negative別關(guān)注負(fù)面問題
• Don't Ask: What's the worst part about this job?不要這樣問：這份工作最糟糕的是什么？
• Do Ask: Given my background and experience, what do you think will be the greatest challenge for me in the beginning?應(yīng)該這樣問：根據(jù)我的背景和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，你認(rèn)為我剛開始從事這份工作會(huì)遇到的最大的挑戰(zhàn)是什么？
7.Don't Ask Frivolous Questions別問沒必要的問題
• Don't Ask: How many other applicants are you interviewing?不要這樣問：你們一共面試了多少候選人？
• Do Ask: How soon do you expect to make a decision?應(yīng)該這樣問：你們大概需要多久可以做出決定？
